Movie and Photographic Location Offering

I have recently purchased the most gorgeous 75-acre farm in Louisa,
Virginia. I would like to offer this property for lease as a film location. The property comes with an abandon 1800's house that I will eventually restore and 12 1800's out buildings three of which are very large barns. As I walked the property in awe of the enormous 200 foot tall trees and lush grounds I couldn't help but think how perfect this would be as a setting for movies either romantic or historical.

Louisa is located just 28 miles east of Charlottesville, Virginia. The property is off a main road with probably a quarter of a mile of road frontage. There is easy access for trucks and equipment that could be brought onto the property and not be seen from the road.

The purpose of this offering is to create some revenue from the property until I am ready to tackle the renovation and restoration of the house and eventually create an equestrian center on a portion of the property. I anticipate this time will not come for at least 3 years thereby I will be able to contract the use of the property with film projects that are in the creation stage and would not be ready for a site location for sometime into the future.
