Terms and Conditions of Rental

#410 Fasching Haus

Property is limited to six persons maximum

Email request for dates and reservation to Christine@oceanre.com
Include your name, address, phone number and fax number.

Upon confirmation of dates:
50% deposit will be due for your reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy and will include a security deposit at that time.
The deposit is nonrefundable in the case of a cancellation unless we are able to rent reserved dates to another tenant.
